/ About the project
The Power of One redesign introduced a new Visual Identity System built to unify PepsiCo’s portfolio under one cohesive design language. Our focus was to evolve the system into something more flexible, modern, and emotionally connected to football through both the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Women’s Champions League partnerships.
At the heart of the identity is the Plus, a simple yet powerful device that visually connects PepsiCo products and occasions. More than a symbol, it defines how compositions are built: guiding layout structure, hierarchy, and movement across static and motion applications. The Plus became the visual connector for every brand expression, bringing consistency and energy across all campaign touchpoints for both UCL and WUCL.
This idea is echoed verbally through the line “The Perfect Match,” reinforcing the connection between brands, football, and shared moments.
The redesign defined the key visual elements, typography, color, photography direction, and layout principles, resulting in a bold, unified identity that strengthens PepsiCo’s presence across global markets.
